Democratic Delegate Soup

Why don't these numbers ever match. The Washington Post's numbers usually appear to match numbers shown on other news sites such as news.bbc.co.uk and www.reuters.com but CNN's numbers always seem to exaggerate Clinton's lead. Are they deliberately showing wrong numbers or perhaps just receiving data earlier/later? I'm confused, regardless of the time that has passed since some primaries, these numbers never match so it's not an "estimate" issue. This should be hard data. So do I celebrate the fact that Hillary is only 15 delegates ahead or worry about her 61 delegate lead?

I'm sticking with Fox News' numbers - they have this on the authority of the Associated Press, no less!
